For me, the most common places I listen to music would be at home when I'm relaxing, at school when I'm working and want to drown out all the ambient noise from nearby students, and lastly when I'm traveling or walking fairly far. I have an ipod loaded with hand chosen songs which are my favourites so I never have to constantly skip over songs either.

If not at home, then anywhere else with my mp3 player.

Computer, outside, my walkman phone.

on my laptop right now, walking down the street with an mp3 player sitting waiting for class to start with an mp3 anywhere with an mp3....until batteries die

I agree with what other people have said - just about everywhere! tho usually on my own earphones rather than speakers when i'm in a public place!
