i can select my pic or change my profile. everytime i keep tryin to select a pic it keeps sayin that i dont have permission to do so. what should i do?

Make sure you are still logged into your account. Also make sure that you have cookies enabled through your User Options (under user CP). You also might need to clear your cookies.

Also make sure your avatar isn't too large (it can't be over 160 x 160 in size ... but you would probably get a different error message for that).

Do you have any problems updating anything else? Like your profile or something like that.
