Staff Crit Thread

This is where you come and basically tell whats wrong about the staff and hope that Simon gets around to fixing it. No meaningless posts, just positive critisism. Any problems you see with the staff you post here. But remember, you catch more bees with honey than uhh . . . fire I think.

I'll leave this open because it's your free speech to say what you wish as long as it's in rule boundaries, But I will NOT let it reach the extent it got to last time.

LL - the only reason the staff crit thread went tits up before was because of the staff reacting unreasonably to it, and that will most certainly not happen this time...

Bullshit Kujamune, you're thinking is flawed. I had the idea while I was a mod, told Simon even. Saw that it wasn't going to be made so decided to make it. The fact that I was de-modded has jack shit to do with it.

I think someone is afraid of critisizm. Maybe someone will address the fact that Kujamune is barely active eh? Wouldn't want that eh Kuja?

Might as well be the first to point out that only a few mods really moderate the forums for rule breaking posts. Those few that do their job are yelled at by members making them stressed out and a bit bitchy. Which I couldn't care less about, but lazy mods should be forced to do their job or they should be fired.

Oh and this thread is the members area to openly complain about the wrongful dictorship of certain admins and smods.

Alright i was actually going to talk to roth or simon about this but i will say it here.

Very few moderators are active, and alot of them that are active do jack all, In my eyes the only mods that pulled there weight around are JX, Travnia, and Zidane(i received a warning from him) there is probally more but these guys are the tops i can think of.

I think some of the staff should get demodded all they do is post they don't do there job. You need new staff, people with a backbone and wont take shit, if they don't have a backbone members will walk all over them and they will never do they're job.

I have more too say, but the rest i will save for when i talk to one of the two admins.

Zidane is inactive. NC also does work. Uhh thats it. Basically only Travnia and NC we have left now.

Well i have also noticed not many of the mods actually displine you for spamming, and many are in active. i have only just recently started to see drifter on and i have seen Summoner Yuna on once. I also think that some of the mods, not naming anyone, should be a little less abusive with their powers. other than that i think the mods are doing a good job.

You know the thread I posted in the mod forum explains why I've been inactive JX. I never said I was better than you, I'm saying that in a constructive criticism way.
By the way, No I'm not afraid of criticism, I'll accept anything people have to say that can help me be a better mod, But JX, Despite the fact that you are no longer staff, It seems you are the one who is afraid of criticism (Your reply post to mine)
My point is to just grow up, Honestly, You have real potential to be a great mod, but you act all high and mighty just to be power abusive.

I have saw Drifter online all week one of you is at school or work. SY lives in Australia so your in bed by the time she is online. Almost all the mods come on everyday the problem is they never enforce rules or feel they don't have to due to the "Global Modding Power" every single mod has. Pretty much the mods feel they can slack off and let another mod cover their ass.

He did more then you as a mod and he pretty much had to cover your ass and take the members bitching making him as he said "a twat" thus Simon demodded him to get the power abusive side of him out of his system.

Members are left uninformed about mods not knowing why they can't or won't do their jobs.

When the fuck did ignorance become a point of view at the forums?!

That seems to be a problem on a lot of forums, but it's moreso a problem here due to the global modding ability. Also, I'm not sure if this is a still a problem, but...back when I was a mod there seemed to be a probelm with mods abusing their powers (changing usernames, titles and such) And I dunno if it was a mod or not, but someone deleted my account (-Kei-) back when I was still a mod.

I'd say the biggest problem is getting rid of inactive mods and cracking down on what they are/are not doing.
