Forum Vote - Promote Travnia to SMod?
Ok for this vote I'm not going to have a poll, because in the last few votes we had, people kept messing around with the poll and it became a hassle, and I want all votes to be accompanied with a post that justifies it as well. SO what will hapen is you just state your vote in your post and then justify it and I'll count them up at the end, which will be in a week, then I'll close the thread and count it up..yeah.
So then,
Question - Should Travnia be promoted to Smod?
Answers - Yes, or no.
So far so good.
Now for my vote, I vote yes.
I've known Travnia since the start of my time on FFE, worked alongside him as a mod, as an admin and seen him as a staffer while I was a normal member, I know firsthand that he is a real workhorse, when there's something to be done he gets it done and he gets it done well. His activity is phenomenal and his ability to handle situations is superb, as well as that he has always displayed a rather high level of intelligence on the boards and can always offer up a good point in discussions.
He has proven himself to be a great and hardworking mod over nearly a year of time, and I belive that he has been due for a promotion for quite some time. Because of his history as a staffer and his qualities exhibited as such and as a person, I'm fully confident he'll handle an Smod position responsibly and work hard for the benefit of FFE.

Trav has been a mod pretty much from the start he is friendly and has to be the most active mod no wait he is the only active mod about 90% of the mod work done at the forum is being done by him. It's about time he gets that promotion

I know I dont really reply here much, but I do watch the forums and its activites, especially the RP forum (which has grown delapidated somewhat, though Travnia tries his best to keep it up).
But, in my vote, you have a yes for me.
Travnia, in my opinion, is perhaps the honest, and most clean member here. He has not bad-mouthed anyone's opinion, tried to stand in his face, or to make a fool of anyone. He has simply been here, stated what he beleives, and given the rest over to whoever wants to take the crap. He follows the rules, give no disrespect to whoever meets him, and shows only a slight portion of his anger (that I know he has, love ya Trav ) in posts that personally ridicule him.
Travnia deserves this position more than anyone.

Yes. God yes.
Basically what Simon said but I might as well say it again eh?
Travnia is a hard worker. Something to be done, he does it. He spends alot of time with members in the shoutbox, which can also help.
Travnia also deals with problems nicely. He often has a nuetral outlook on things and I admire that.
Yes travnia for S-Mod

I vote yes for Trav as an SMod.
He does work hard, making sure people who are spammy get what's coming to them, and that's the way it should be.
He doesn't bitch at n00bs right off the bat...he makes sure they piss him off before reacting,.
Like JX said, he does spend lots of time in the Shoutbox, which is good if a member needs help.
Last but not least, he gave me the name Sin-Riel.

Well im not going to sit here and praise his ass, as I'd never hear the end of it at college. In the end it would be a crime if Trav never got a smodship. Hes been far more deserving than anyone else since day one. He makes fair and just decisions which are rarely wrong and if someone disagrees he doesn't hang around either justifying it or correcting his mistake which is a rare quality yet and essential one in a staff member.
Not really much more to say other than Yes and about damn time.

Well Trav, has been here for god knows how long.. .. he is the most active mod, he does his job better than anyone (IMO) {No offence rest of staff  }
I think that making him a s.mod is one of the best choices we'll make, as a Forum.. .. So I'm 100% behind him being made S.Mod.. ..
I have no doubt the rest of the staff, and members who kno him, will back him..
So I say yes.. ..
and I would like to congratulate him, as I'm certain he'll get promoted
Good luck Trav

I vote yes.
Trav works really hard on FFE. He's very active and offers to help with your problems. Example: The shoutbox earlier this morning. He offered to help out a little argument that was going on. Very helpful, considerate, and a great mod.
What more could you ask for?
Vote for Trav. 8)

Yes, of course.
in my eyes he is the most active mod, whenever he's on he's going through the RP profiles, editing posts, doing his job even though he has a shit load of work to do like college. He helps people out when they need it(keyword if they need it) and he fricken deserves it.
go trav
