Flame forum?

I haven't got much to say on this, because I don't care either way, but do you guys want a flame forum?

On the one hand, it could be a bit of fun and a good way for members to vent a bit of frustration, on the other hand it could be an ever expanding source of negativity, either way we'll never know until we try so I'd be up for giving it a go.

Cast your votes and I'll check back in a while and make a flame forum, or not, depnding on how the votes go.

As ever, I ask that all voters post to justify their vote, or it will simply be ignored

There isn't a need to create a new forum for it. You could just implement it into the Spam forum. Just make the rules invalid within the 'spam forum', and you're done. I thought that was the idea of it anyway :|

I Have never been one for flaming but I dont see why we shouldnt implement something like this. Good to see some action being taken

Personally I'd say no. People flame, the people omn the recieving end take it the wrong way. we end up with members leaving. That's what I see happening. If your willing to take that risk then whatever, but I don't think it'll help out the forums at all...

Considering no one will be forced to visit it, why not?
If people really have to do it, it'll give them a place to do it in these forums.

Well, I vote yes.
A lot of members on here piss me the fuck off, but I am unable to vent any of my frustration for fear of banning and it gets annoying. Hell, I'm not saying I would actually take part, but I dont see why members who want so flame eachother shouldnt be able to.

One thing I forgot to mention, and I apologise for that (I'm pretty forgetful lately), is that with the new forum, would come a new moderator. Edman would be in control of our flame forum (I'd also like to see him taking an active part in the PC forum as well), it may sound silly to have a mod for the flame forum, but we want to avoid the issues that IB brought up, heh, he thought we hadn't put any thought into this at all....

He'll be posting in here shortly with his first draft of the flame forum rules soon, if this addition to the idea make anyone want to change their vote either way, tell me and I'll fix the poll.
