Wow it can be like that, then I think the easiest way if you don't like to see it that way, just use internet explorer, it looks just fine and normal...

Rather than changing it, which in the end may also make a new problem, I think this solution is easier to be done, not only that, we don't have to bother the admin to do the fixing thing.
