Ripping music from game discs

Does anyone know a good tool to rip music/audio directly from PS2/Xbox discs?

I found it easy to rip from tghe ps1 and the ps2 cds
heres how load it in to your computer cd drive right click the drive and select explore scan through the folders intill you find one that contains a large ammount of mp3s or wav file some games use there own custom files which you can find a program to decyrpt them
