Myspace is worse than Facebook. It's annoying that the popular social networking sites keep changing. I remember Xanga used to be pretty big about five years ago. Then Myspace. And now Facebook is trying to go for the steal.

In my country, facebook and myspace are not popular, mostly people here using friendster, but basically they are the same, sending messages & testimonials and adding friends.

This is simply become the youngsters favorite, many of them have 2 or 3 accounts because the first one already full with their friends list. (more than 500 friends)

In my humble opinion, even though I never use this kind of thing, I can say those are stupid.

Want a direct contact? Use messenger. Want sending message? Use e-mail.

So on what purpose they making such a website? Something like more sophisticated e-mail service?

Well, people can talk to you and know what happened to you without you having to send multiple messages. Also, you can have more than one person talking to you. Then there's extra stuff. I know my friends like to play cards on facebook.

BTW, are you in the Philippines or something? I think a lot of people who have friendster there.

My friends in malaysia said friendster is really popular too there.
