I think myspace is stupid and lame. I personally dont like it at all.

i think myspace is great but just to stay in touch there is obviously no comparison to aim or msn but i like myspace just to stay in touch w/ friends and whatnot but i like it a lot better than facebook, facebook is way 2 hard to use

In a way everyone needs there own website to do w/e they want with it but facebook is good to know things like addresses

I know a lot of people who use MySpace, and I agree with you: it's a complete waste of time. The people I know normally use it to get in touch with old friends who moved away or whatever. I say just move on and spend time with the people and things that are around you, not MySpace or Facebook... poorly-worded, but the point is it's useless!

The only exception is family that lives far away. I can understand that.
