There's some truth in that, but if you only have a sixth grade education in math, you're likely to be an easily-confused person.

i know 3.14159

every Pi day (March 14, aka 3/14) during elementary school, my math class was challenged by the math teacher 2 memorize the 1st 100 digits of Pi. we had about a week prior 2 pi Day 2 memorize them. i only made it up 2 30-sumthing digits, but 1 4got all of them by now. 1 yr, a person got 70 or 80-sumthing digits, so that was pretty cool.

on Pi Day 2008, my geometry teacher said we could all bring in a pie of any kind. we 1st did sum activities, like finding its circumference and watnot, and then we enjoyed the yummy pies

wahahha.. Pi = 3.14.... (never take note of it till now.. i already forgot about that.. it's been ages since i have to deal with that.. never deal with it ever since i finish learning calculus, algebra, and the sin, cos, tan equations.. differentials (gosh! i still remember the terms.. but cant remember how to do the freakin equations no more.. :P)

I had to memorize it back in middle school to the 10th decimal, but when I got to highschool, my Trig teacher told me my middle school teacher was crazy, and then he handed me a calculator.
