If that is so, does it apply to the anime downloads. Because I have been unable to download any for a few weeks now.

The post count rules doesn't apply to the anime section. The only rule in the anime section is that you can only d/l three episodes per 24 hour period unless you've donated.

correct me if i'm wrong i think it applies to anime and game MP3s.. i dl 3 then kaput.. stuck to dl as ringtone.
Then wat does the postings help? does it help in DL whole albums?

To mass d/l the music albums, you have to have over 100 posts or referral points. Plain and simple.

And Ryoko2525... everyone is having trouble d/l any anime at the moment. Don't know if it's something wrong with the server or if it has anything to do with the bandwidth (ie. maxing out).
