READ THIS BEFORE POSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am really wanting a good forum style role-play. I will ignore anyone who cannot role-play correctly. It is not hard to do. Simply create a character and try to act like you are them while describing your actions in the world. I'm open to suggestions on what to role-play (except DBZ I refuse to do DBZ).

Though the Poll continues for however long I will announce some time before then that I have decided (based on poll) what the RP is.

Simple guidelines

Posting a bio like Mine is unnecessary but often helpful to yourself and other players.

No unmarked OOC- This is when you make a statement out of character (when it has nothing to do with what your character said/thinks/does)

No Spam- Though this should be obvious.

No GM (God-Moding)- This is when one person chooses a character that has lttle or no flaws and seems undefeatable. I know you see this on tv all the time (ex. DBZ and that's why I won't RP it), but it has no place in a role-play as it takes the fun from any experienced role-players. Easy to avoid. Just amke sure that you don't portray your character as perfect. I will be lenient and help any new RPers.

Keep your day out of your character- I don't mean that you can't identify with your character. I mean that just b/c you have a bad day, you shouldn't make you r charactr have a bad day or be mad without comnig up with a good and logical reason.

No illogical actions- Make your characte but don't suddenly dchange their personality without som sort of explananation (anbd it better be good). Strange occurences for humor such as things that break the laws of physics are ok. But don't expect me to take you seriously if your emo character suddenly decides she wants to be the happiest clown ever (unless you can think of a good reason).

No Multi Posting- Please just Edit the post you already put if no one else has posted since you.

No brewaking forum rules- should be a no brainer

No All knowing people- If you join in late RP then your character cannot have detailed information of everythnig posted befgore unless he/she was followinng/spying or heard from another source.

That's just about it. You don't have to be exrtremely active. If you leave after getting that 101'st post. Your character will be put up for grabs to any other person, or removed fro mthe story-line with some logical event. And please pay attention to Grammar.

I must tell you though that my grammar and spelling won't be of the highest quallity. I will try to do something about it but it's mainly unavoidable..

It's okay to have a little bad spelling or whatnot. I jst dot went like his. Then it becomes unreadable. I like Fantasy most as well. I can do Romance but I'm not very good at all. I've got experience in modern war, fantasy,sci-fi historical scenarios (WW2 as Jews in hiding as well as combatants and WW1 as combatants ). If fantasy should there be a war? or no war? wars make an easy start b/c you have a defined enemy but it can suck the story out if too much is focused on just the war. I like to focus on individual people and unts when I do war scenarios. Kinda like Glen Cook does in The Black Company (Definitely Reccomended). If no war then we have to define a antagonist of some sort as we go along. But it allwos for moire freedom. As I said I'm open to suggestions.

If you'd like we could go ahead and start?Just wing it at first. I'm contemplating whether or not to ahve us post bios so we can tell who is what but I think that will be unnecessary. (I've only had to do that/seen it done in RP's with over 20 people) *Those are fun!* I'm gonna go ahead and post my own Biofor planning purposes.

well what about steampunk? You could consider it a combination between many different kinds of genres.

final fantasy tactics themed? it whould be awesome.... since its a turn based game, if a roleplayer wants to fight another roleplayer it whould be exactly like the game....

Well it's still funny 'cause he thought he could increase his post count in spam. I love it when people don't read the rules and then ask, "Why can't I download sounstrack (that's how they spell it) ?"

But I think it really did start in one of the other threads. Of course if it actually started in Spam, then I guess I just queered it up with all these comments. Whoopsiedoodle!

Actually I didn't? I was suggesting a legitimate role-play with no-spam in the general forum? I do this kind of thing all the time? I have no need for downloads as i have all i nbeed from referrals anyway?

AS of someone moving this here, I will still role-play with anyone who wants.

I've removed some of the spam from this thread. So this thread can be for the bios and the decision on what the rp is going to be about and then the role playing thread can be made later. How does that sound for now? Also I will be deleting all spam posts in this thread from now on.

Also I voted for fantasy & past/historic. Something like during the feudal era or during the times of dragons and knights. I'll try working on a bio later when I have a chance.

Please realize we will not be using posts to calcuclate battle sstats and such (this is a forum rp = no stats/rolling/etc.).
