Hello to all. I was just wanting to remind everyone to watch out about multi-posting. It's not a problem in this section or Introductions, but you might get in trouble if you do it in the other areas of the forum. I know spaming can be fun, which is why the Spam Chat was made I believe.

So if you spam, watch out for my dragon, Ruby. (See Avitar) She loves to take it to her nest...

How much is considered multiple? because I've done like 2 or 3 on a row...

I would imagine anything more than one, since 2 or more is usually considered multiple....

So does that mean I'm banned? 'Cause that would suck... It's because I wanted to quote a few people and I didn't know how to do multiple quotes within one post. I think it was only two though. I'll just see what the "Super Moderator" says.

If you take a glance in the Dragon's Nest, it's basically like if you repost the same word over and over or post every sentence(In the Clean-up Posts, every line was a post. ) or say something that has no reference to the forum topic just so they can get the post point. I believe it's the administrator's power to ban people from here, but if the spam posts gets out of control, it gets sent to the Dragon's Nest, therefor the post count for the spammy posts are reduced. I've already reduce a couple to zero because almost every post were spammy. It's not a problem if you're responding to multiple people though.

Also, when I say multiposting, I mean more than 5-6 posts in a row, or repeating posts.

Edit: I forgot to mention, also in the Nest. You'll notice how one person continuouly used the Quotes on his own post to multi-post. Please don't do that. Thanks...

If I ever forget to mention something I just edit my last post (if my last post was the last post in the thread) if I forget to mention something. Although for some reason sometimes I say something and then make a separate post if I talk about something totally different....

Hmmm... I think that would be ok. The problem I saw before was one person would post one sentence and post the next sentence in a different one. If it's replying to two diffrent people, then it shouldn't be a problem.

Something new I noticed. I saw a few people who looked like they were multi-posting, but the times were diffrent for each one.

As long as they are not Back to Back posts, then the above should be acceptable...

New: Example - 7:00am 1st - 7:01am 2nd :X / 7:00am 1st - 11:25am 2nd

Similar to the post below, if you forget to add something to a post after you sent it, use EDIT and add the rest.

actually it should be okay if the timing are different
but they should allow editing of posts so that it doesnt affect the post counts

In my opinion people are still gonna spam just because of the rules ,it's human nature.
