I cant download the Mobile suit gundam vol 1 ost!!! I was wondering if there was a bug in the server

Server is working fine. If you don't have any referral credits or if you're not a donating member right now, you can't mass download the album. You're going to have to d/l the tracks one by one since you only have one post.
