The datacenter we are hosted at currently is experiencing speed and accessibility issues for certain segments on their network. That means that the same file will be downloading at different speeds or may not even be accessible at all from different locations.

Or it could mean that nobody is affected at all, which I'm hoping is the case.

So, what's your speed for MP3s and Anime?

I won't say what mine is at for fear of you guys laughing at my suckish internet connection, but I will say it's about the same as previous downloads. Just a tad slower, but it isn't really noticeable. (MP3s) 95kb/s for you nosey people that can't resist. =[

mines quite good as for my connection - i've got about 70kb/s which is almost best it can handle - conclusion - you guys got pretty nice servers here and i'm very glad cos of that (mp3)

Well tonight I checked while d/l the first episode of an anime, I was getting an average of between 450 KB/s to 550 KB/s. But that was using my download manager (DownThemAll!). The second one took 7.36 minutes to d/l a 183.10MB file. The third one I d/l the regular way and it was a bit slower. It took around 10 minutes to d/l a 182.4MB file.

Mine varies, can be 500kb/s or 10 depending on the time of day.

Earlier today I only got a speed around 30KB/s, but while writing this I am downloading at ~120KB/s. I am not sure what my connection can handle, so this may be the max... It's mobile broadband, so speed varies.

my dl speed is about 28kb/s to 38kb/s currently using Smart Broadband ^^

This morning it's moving slower than molasses in January. I'm only downloading from 6.7KB/s to 76.8KB/s and that's with my download manager.

Right now, I have 54.0 Mbps.

with my download manager it only takes probably oh 3-7min depending on the size of the file for a mass download. Thats with mp3's btw
